Role Overview & Mission

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at GenTech Infosoft, you will be the driving architectural force across our client engineering squads and internal product platforms. You will design scalable database schemas, author fault-tolerant GraphQL and REST APIs, and build reactive frontend interfaces with pixel-level precision. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, cloud engineers, and product stakeholders to transform enterprise concepts into resilient, benchmark-setting software solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Architect and scale full-stack web applications using Next.js (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Design database schemas, indexes, and queries using Drizzle ORM and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
  • Build low-latency GraphQL endpoints, rate limiters, and Redis caching layers.
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish testing benchmarks (Vitest, Playwright), and mentor junior developers.
  • Drive CI/CD automations and optimize Core Web Vitals for production workloads.

Required Technical Experience

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience in production web systems.
  • Deep mastery of TypeScript, modern React architectures, server components, and Node.js runtimes.
  • Proven track record with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and schema migrations.
  • Experience deploying containerized services on AWS / Docker infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for engineering clean, maintainable software.

Nice-to-Have Background

  • Experience with GraphQL Yoga, Apollo Client, or Turborepo monorepo tooling.
  • Prior exposure to high-concurrency fintech, edtech, or enterprise SaaS domains.
