Role Overview & Mission

As the Senior UI/UX & Design Systems Lead at GenTech Infosoft, you will establish the benchmark for digital craftsmanship across all our client projects and flagship internal software products.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Own end-to-end user experience, wireframes, and high-fidelity production designs in Figma.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with rigorous design tokens, typography, and component variants.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to guarantee design fidelity and micro-interactions.
  • Conduct user research, synthesize usability feedback, and drive conversion-focused UX enhancements.

Required Technical Experience

  • 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for complex web platforms or SaaS applications.
  • Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping).
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS constraints, responsive layouts, and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing thoughtful user journeys and typography.
Bonus Qualifications

Nice-to-Have Background

  • Experience with Framer, spline 3D, or Lottie motion design.
  • Basic knowledge of Tailwind CSS and React frontend development.
